Does this leave you hung over in the morning?

It takes me 3 or 4 hours to "wake up" fully even taking Valerin (sp) and children's Benadryl. I was wondering if this does the same thing?

for about 5 years now. It helps me with anxiety (very similiar to anti-anxiety medication) but is not habit forming and I have never had any side effects.

    Good luck

I take l-theanine, an amino acid which helps the brain product GABA. It doesn't leave me hungover, but I would think if you took too much it might.

I used to take plain GABA, but read somewhere that we absorb l-theanine better.

I have anxiety problems too and would love to take it for that.

I take GABA 4 times a day. It has worked for me for over 5 years for relief of anxiety. Hope this helps. I take the 750mg.

I tried prescription anti-anxiety medications but did not like the side effects and found that I kept needing more and more. Not good, at least for me. Others have been on them and have done well. Whatever works for you personally.
