I had some polyps removed from my upper GI system. Benign.
Then I went for an ultrasound and they found gallstones. I was told not to take them out now. Is anyone else living with this? I eat light and am aware I have it, but since they are not bothering me, is it OK? Based on your personal experiences.

I know it is not fibro related, but it is something I have to consider in the light of Fibro: should I put up with it or have it removed. The latter would give me a stress-flare.

    What do you think?

    thanks

When my docs where doing all the tests to try and figure out what was going on with me before the dx of fms, they discovered that I have 3 of them.

I spoke to a surgen about it and he said that if they are not causing any problems meaning pain that they would be best left alone.

He also said that they were Atypical so there was no reason to do anything at this time. He did say that if I wanted them out he would do it but didn't really see the need for it.

    Hope this helps.

    Take Care
