    I was wondering if anyone uses Ginseng in their diet? Any help? Ginseng is supposed to help with energy. Thanks.

    I just got back from Chinatown. I bought one root of ginseng and gosh it is pricey. One root costed me $20. but well worth it if it helps!!

    I just read that 2 cups of Ginseng tea daily "helps soothe the adrenal glands, preventing the overproduction of stress hormones, plus boosting enrgy levels and mental alertness in as little as 16 days."
    AND...Lemon helps the liver produce glutathione, which is an antioxidant that speeds the breakdown and removal of trapped fats. Mixing 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice with 8 oz. hot water 3 times daily is supposed to help break down lumpy cellulite in 2 weeks.
    SO... My thought is to kill 2 birds with one drink - Ginseng tea with lemon 3 times a day - more energy, less fat!
    Who knows if it actually works but it's certainly an easy and fairly harmless way to see!
