Gluten-free for 6 months - could I be deficient in any vits or minerals?

    Thanks in advance.

    I think cutting it out has helped with some really troublesome nose itching/ eczema but my fatigue and pain is really bad, if not worse than before I went gluten-free. I am wondering if I could be deficient in some vitamins or minerals as a result of giving up wheat, rye, oats and barley?? Thanks

    I definitely take in less carbs after going gluten-free, I think that might contribute to less energy. Eating GF definitely helped with my gut, but didn't do anything for fatigue.
