Want to incorporate more variet in my diet, any suggestions for the best fat burning foods?
I don't know much about it so it's only from hear say but what I heard is that things like cucumber and gurkins can help digest fat better.
Need daily meal plans can you help me to lose weight up to 2 pounds a week.
Fruits and vegetable are very effective in weight lose. Actually fruits and veggies does not contain any weight lose particles but they help us to feel more satisfied that result in less consumption of fast food and other fat food.
