I recently got a book from the library That is one of the clearest and best that I have read (and I have read many!).

It is a fairly easy read (some are just too technical for my brain fog) and not too long.

It is Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome 7 Steps to Less Pain and More Energy, by Fred Friedbert, PHD, with forward by Dr Teitelbaum.

It's worth checking out if you haven't already read it.

You can find out more about Dr. Teitelbaum at his website. He also has a 64 page print out on pain that I found very informative. If you google his name you came find it. He is also connected with the Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Centers throughout the country. I had an appointment to see one of his trained doctors in Dallas for Aug. 14, but I live 8 hours away and just didn't have it in me to make the long drive this trip. Plus, I want to do a little more investigating into the clinic before I commit. It's kind of expensive, but they seem to have a great curriculum. Try to find out more about him on the web. Pat Rogers
