I found this website that is basically for eating healthy. I think what we eat or not eat can contribute to our health so much! I've decided that I'm going to make a change for the better and take some advice from this website. I hope it helps me to feel better at least somewhat. It's not directly related to fibro but I think it's important for us to do everything good for our bodies we can when our bodies are feeling so bad.
Just take a look at the website and if you get something out of it that's great.

    This is great!

It's got lists of healthy foods, sample recipes, and a lot of other good information.

There's even a test you can take to see how nutritious your current diet is (or isn't).

I learned that frying food in olive oil is bad! Who knew?

Thanks for the excellent post, Brella!

Bumping this because it's a great website!

Check out the video on why cooking with olive oil is actually not healthy.

I have many food intolerences (not allergy) which cause varying degrees of pain.

I have to avoid sugar like:
(cane, too much fruit, honey, agave, brown rice syrup)
    Wheat/gluten (rye, barley)
    most nuts/peanuts, trying just walnuts
