http://whfoods.org/ I found this website that is basically for eating healthy. I think what we eat or not eat can contribute to our health so much! I've decided that I'm going to make a change for the better and take some advice from this website. I hope it helps me to feel better at least somewhat. It's not directly related to fibro but I think it's important for us to do everything good for our bodies we can when our bodies are feeling so bad.
