Guaifenesin and Heparin, hmmm......

    guai thins the mucous.....
    hmmmm....
    anyone see a similarity here?

    The Guai also has some blood thinning properties, but it is being used to release phosphate debris from the mitochondria. This is not to say that it couldn't also be helping with the hypercoagulation problem, but that is not the thinking behind its use. Perhaps this is a previously unrecognized side benefit.

    Mycoplasmas will cause the blood to thicken in order for them to thrive in the thick, oxygen-starved blood cells.
