Any other Londoners feeling the effects of the varying weather we've had here lately?

From 2 days of steaming hot weather to a week of rain, humidity and now chilling cold - now I'm in a flare. Woke up this morning aching and stiff all over, my head and neck in a vice-grip and cramp down the back of one leg and pains in wrist of writing arm, not to mention the insidious return of the costo!!

    Are you suffering like this??

I can't stand the hot weather but am silently praying for some more temperate weather than we have now.

Ottawa, Canada here. We had three weeks of wet and 10 degrees below normal weather. Then we had a heat wave with high humidity for three days. Now it's raining again and cooler.

I think that no matter where I live, I need it to be 20 celcius with no humidity, but I'll take the heat over the cold!

    Good luck.....
