I am 39 yrs. old and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, arthritis and restless legs syndrome about a year ago. I take Cymbalta, Prevacid, Sinemet (switching to Requip within the next couple of days), Darvocet (as needed), Relafen, Naprosyn (as needed). I also take Osteo-Biflex twice per day as well as Flax Oil capsules along with One a Day Vitamins (Weight Smart formula). I am so tired and in pain so often that I find it almost impossible to exercise. I also find myself eating comfort foods although I do try to avoid the "no-no" foods and caffeine. I have gained approximately 10-15 lbs. over the past year. I was wondering if anyone has tried any of the diet pills/programs such as Cortislim, Relacore, hydroxycut, or the new Cylaris? I'm just wondering if any of these woudl be an option considering my condition.

Any suggestions for weight loss plans or exercise programs that work? My doctor suggested walking and/or aquatic exercise.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
