After years of trying just about every supplement on the market, I think I've found one that might help my fibro. It's l-theanine and I've taking 400 mg. Since my fibro pain is worse at night and I have insomnia because of it, I think this supplement is making me feel calmer at night while I'm having insomnia. Does that make sense? I've only been trying it for a couple of weeks, but I'll post here again if it continues to work. Has anyone else here tried l-theanine? And did it work for you?
