    Hi All,

Has anyone ever get these weird feelings, like sometimes I feel like when I start walking, it feels like I'm going to get a dizzy spell, but I don't. I just feel like the floor
has a big hole in it and something inside me starts falling. I know it is weird, but I just have some strange
things happen to me . I don't know if it is my blood pressure dropping or my blood sugar. I have had it happen
in the store , mostly at home. I just always feel better out of the house. I think I'm going crazy . I hate to tell
people this because they already think I'm a nut. Barb
  2. It may be a side affect from a med your taking.

I feel mine mostly if I'm driving (when I actually do drive). I don't feel like I'm actually there. It's kind of like a floaty feeling and I have to really concentrate on my driving because it scares me. But it is like you said, like you're going to get dizzy but don't and mine usually lasts for about 10 to 20 minutes or so at a time. I have no idea what causes it though. It's just a really weird feeling. My hands, feet and lips get a numb and tingly feeling sometimes too, so I can't help but wonder if it's related to a neurological symptom of some sort that may just go along with everything else. It scared me really bad the first time it happened, but I've had a bunch of tests and found nothing unusual, so I've just learned to expect it and try to remind myself that if I remain calm it will pass faster. If you find an answer, please let me know too.

I have this too..Its horrible, if fact I posted a post on almost the same thing..I think I titled it almost blacking out..This is one of my first symptoms and to this day is why I am afraid of going places..

I have had my blood sugar and blood pressure taken at the time I am having these episodes and they are ok..

I think its part of the darn disease that affects our brains..Sometimes I think mine might be allergies or chemical sensitivies..

Sorry, I am of no help but I sure can relate..

I am on a very strong high blood pressure med each day along with a strong diuretic and Potassium pill the size of a mini football to counter act the water pill depleting my system. I get these weird feelings too, can be driving, walking, just grocery shopping. Mine is caused from a spike in my blood pressure so I know what causes mine. I just try and to either sit down and drink some cold water and rest for a minute or get to where I am going in the car and let it get back to normal. My blood pressure issues are genetic so I have suffered from this ailment since I was a young adult.
