Have any of you heard of a "vitamin B 5"?

A friend of mine (also a fellow fibro) was telling me today that her DIL is a nurse and at her hosp. the ladies were all taking this "B 5"

They are saying that if you have gray hair and you take this "B5" that the new growth of your hair will come back in your natural color.

Any one heard this? I can hardly remember my
natural color. The last color I saw before my last
coloring was salt and pepper gray, with mostly salt around the front. LOL

I'd settle for about any natural color if it would stay that way.

I think many years ago I was a "Stunning Brunette"LOL
But with my fibro fog it's hard to remember.

B5 is especially good for the adrenals.

It often is recommended that if it is taken on its own in high potency, a general B complex be added to round things out.

I have taken a lot of B complex for over a decade. For what it's worth, I am 42 and have just a couple of grey hairs on my whole head.

I think I've heard that about grey hair and B5 before, but I don't know if there's truth in it.

    Best, Lisa

I hadn't heard the energy part.

I think I would rather have the energy.
We can find hair color any where, but the extra energy
is like an illusive dream most of the time
    for me.

    This info was very enlightening.
I had never heard of B5 until this week.
