Have U worked while waiting for SSD decision?Can earn this amt.

    This is so confusing. I've been reading from disability secrets. They say you can work while filing and waiting as long as you don't go over the amount of $830 gross a month. But wouldn't this look bad on us. They say it means you can't work full time doing what you normally would but can try and work part time earning less than 830. In that case I probably could try and work a few days a week doing some light duty work and have a little income.

    Oh boy. I think I'd run that one by a Disability Attorney. Seems to me that Soc. Sec. is out to find
    any reason to find you "fit" for employment. Won't have
    any documentation indicating you are capable of securing
    an income. But check with your attorney

    If you read the ssd sight it says you may apply if you have not worked for one full year or expected not to work for one full year.

    Thats the sight that I would follow if I was filling.

    I already did and got a bench approval.
