Have been reading chest pain posts today. I am about to have a CAT scan with dye injected in vein because I have been dealing with various types of chest and upper body pain for some time. I can't keep worrying about what it is: I have to know. Some I know is CFIDS related but I'm not sure about the others. I also am going to take a beta blocker just on that morning to lower heart rate. I've never taken thais before. HR must be between 45-65 per minute to do the test effectively.
I have had two stress echoes before, all okay.
The thing is, with CF or FM, we have MANY strange symptoms. If I went to the ER every time I had "discomfort" in my upper body, I'd live there!
    Any comments anyone?
