I've suffered horrendous headaches for four months and just this past week I've been making some changes which seem to be helping.

I bought a slide out shelf for the keyboard that my husband installed under the computer desk. I'm now keeping the mouse on my lap so I don't have to reach forward. I removed the arms off the computer chair and I'm making sure I sit directly in front of the monitor.

Along with that, I'm also wearing low shoes and a carrying a tiny purse.

No more pillow under my head and I'm trying to sleep totally on my back.

I'm passing this on because there might be more of you out there who could give some serious thought to why their neck, back and head hurts in addition to having FM.
