Hello I started my diet this New Years I'm not doing to bad really with eating healthy and drinking most of my water for the day, but I'm really lost when it comes to cooking healthy. So if anyone anyone at all has some healthy recipes they would like to share I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much.

    Hi there ..

We had a thread on the CFS/FM board that had some really good ideas in it, but lost it's mojo when it was moved ...

I have a tough time reading it like this, so if you have questions feel free to ask ...

    The kids liked this one-
    2 apples, chopped
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. vanilla yogurt

I suppose you could add pineapple, mandarin oranges, etc.
    Maybe even coconut.
