I have heard of this many years ago when I belonged to an osteoporosis board. Some people especially in the UK were taking it and it seemed to be very helpful to them. It now ssmes to be getting more recognition here in the U.S.

Most people taking it were peeps who could not take the meds.

    More later on.

Yes, I know it is a bone strengthener and is supposed to help build new bone, I think. I am talking it too but not every day. For somehow I tend to forget to take it esp. since it has to be away form all my calcium, I had severe osteoporosis but did better after the forteo. I also am taking Alendronate once a week. When I was on just the Fosomax itr didnpt seem to help a whole lot that is why I wanted to something else to try and help it.

Anyone else please let me know if you have taken it and if it has helped you. Some people on another board seemed to be helped by it.

    Good night for now.l

    Hugs,

Hi Granniluvsu. We published an article about Strontium a while back that you may want to read through:

There is also a review for Strontium in our store:
