I know what cold does to me. And the rain. And high

humitity days. And I've learned to live with it. But

I've been in a flare for weeks now. Could it be this

alful heat we've been having in Central Texas? I just

don't seem to care about anything anymore. Alful pain and

muscle spasms that my drugs can't touch. And absolutely

NO ENERGY! Never had much but, now none! And balance.

    I mean, none! Any suggestions?

I'm in the DFW area and this heat this summer is something else.

Personally I stay inside during the day unless I just have to go do an errand. I even wait to swim till about 7pm when it's not quite so hot outside.

If I have to be outside for any length of time I've noticed it really affects how I feel too so inside with the AC is where I stay.

I was outside for about 10 minutes during the peak of the heat( last weekend) and just that short amount of time had me totally drained of energy and I couldn't move for a long time
and had lots of extra pain to.

    Gentle hugs for you, Susan

I'm in Arlington. Thank you so much for your hug. We'll make it through this too. Can't even go outside for more than few minutes. It just takes my breath away. Hits me like a brick wall in the face this heat.

Well lived through the dog days of Summer in 80. Seemed to be easier then. But I was younger and ME free then.

    This 2 shall pass.
