I started taking a Stress B Vitamin and really think this has helped my sleep, as I have done nothing else different

    In the Vitamin is:
    B1
    B2
    Niacinamide
    B6
    Folic Acid
    B12
    Biotin
    Pantothinc Acid
    Choline Bitartrate
    Inositol
    PABA
    I take 2 tablets a day

Have not seen relief in pain or fatigue, but I really think it has helped my sleep

I'm glad to here your sleep has improved. That's such a hugh hurdle to get over.

B-complex vit. are critical for us in so many ways. The adrenal gland in CFS/FM patients is screaming for the
b vitamins .... particularly panthothinic acid and b-12.

Thiamine is relaxing and handy for sleep. Looks like you are responding well to it ... tha's great!

    Take care,

    Elsa

Glad to hear the Vitamin B is working. I used to take it, but determined it was giving me stomach problems. Maybe I'll try again and make sure I eat something with it.
Sounds like it would be worth a try.
Thanks for sharing about this. I'm always glad to hear
when something is making a difference.
    Best wishes, Nanna
