Dr.Robert Keller,He is in Hollywood,FL.Is an immunologist that specializes in CFIDS and AIDS.He used to work with Nancy Klimas intil he left to start Biodoron. He is fully staffed and has a research lab and pharmacy on the premises.I am very happy with Dr.Lapp but can not find a primary to work through so just thought I would also get a specialist on this side.My insurance has not paid for a dime since this started.I have accepted that but my concern is that they told me they did not know what it would cost and it could be $1500 and up.I do not mind paying that if I NEED THOSE TEST but I know some doctors just rack up the bill by doing test. The appointment is Sept 20,but you do not get to see Dr.Keller first.I go back to Dr.Lapp Sept.27,Do you think I should wait and see what he says because he was really great and only ran a few test that he thought was necessary?I would like your opinions.I got that Lyme test that was equivocally positive and from my research does not look like I will ever get a true Positive.I also got a copy of my tilt table test and I have POTS.I just want some answers and it is hard to wait to see a doctor but I am also not in the right frame of mind to make decisions.I am stil hoping I have Lyme disease and can not seem to MAKE all the numbers work. Thanks for any input,Tracey

Daer Tracey: Dr. Keller is my doctor!! He is the best immunologist in Broward - nothing in South Miami. Dr. Klimas is real hard to get with since she is on sabbatical and not very friendly. I have BlueCrossBlueShied and the only way to work the system is to get a waiver from the insurance company saying that there are no doctors in South Miami to work with and so you have to go out of the network to someone in Hollywood. So I am now paying 30%. BUT IT IS WORTH IT!! Biodoron is the premier laboratory and Dr.
Honey, I had to wait 3 months to see Dr. Keller and now I see them(his staff doctors as well) every 6 to 8 weeks.
My advice - keep seeing Dr. Keller.
