well i am new to this board.
a brief history is chronic fatigue pain lack of sleep etc started in april last year.
gone through loads of blood tests even an endoscapthy. (not spelt that right, tube into tummy)
first told i chronic fatigue then saw arthritis specialist who told me i had fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility. that was back in december.they have never reffered to chronic fatigue since are they all classed as part of the same?
since april last year had loads of time off work.
I am a single mum of 5 children but only 2 at home now aged 10 and 12. In march social services appeared with my 2 granchildren aged nearly 2 and 10 weeks and they have stayed here ever since and will never go back to mum, but thats another story
having the babies has put an extra strain on my health but please dont anyone say hand them to social services and have them put in care.
i have alot of problems with pain, sleep, joints dislocating, tendonitis, irratable bowl, carpel tunnel and also suffer from depression.
was working full time with disabled students which i love but am finding harder to cope physically with.
work have just reduced my hours to 14 a week and i have just found out i can no longer claim family tax credits.
i was due to start this week on these hours but cant because having op on fri for my carpel tunnel, right hand this time and because i cant afford to
where do i go what do i do. cried all day just dont see any point any more its only the kids that keep me going.
please if anyone can tell me where to go to get help i really would appreciate it.
i can see me on the streets if i have no money and at the minute into much pain to care.
nothing is working pain wise, im only on co codomal 2 x 4 a day as well as diclofenac sodium plus anti depressents amongst other tablets. i cant control anything at minute just need some support and help. please

You have certainly got your hands full. I am sorry you have been put in such a delicate position at this time. I wonder if maybe you can get some assistance due to the fact that you are caring for your grandchildren. It is worth looking into. As far as pain, everyone here is still pecking away at that. I know a few of the members here find decent relief thru natural means. I am sure someone will come along to tell you of it.

I wish you all the best. You are in my prayers.
    Best wishes,
    Lanie

It sure sounds like you have too much on your plate!!
I sympathize! I have 3 children myself....2 are small enough to need me to care for them still. Not that i'd have it any other way~But its very hard when you don"t feel well, everyday!Sure who could'nt make it work for a few days??but to do this everyday when our bodys are screaming for help? It can be depressing, so everything your feeling is normal~ You need to get your pain under control so you can begin to feel better.(even a little!)Only then will the depression ease~ Are you getting something to help you get some sleep??and is it working well?
I really just wanted to say"I understand"...I've been sick too for over 10 years now and I'm 40~(like everyone else here says"I feel 98" LOL) I hope you find some relief soon, and comfort knowing that there are people out there in a similar situation and we know how you feel~ :)
Nice to meet you and hope to chat again~
