There are herbs that are stronger against viruses, there are herbs that do both, and there are the ones that are strong against bacteria. Grapefruit seed extract is very good for bacteria, tee tree also, and P73 oregacyn.

Are you looking to use these internally or externally, because it makes a difference? Tee tree I use strictly externally.

For all the herbs that can kill bacteria. Kbac, it dosn't
matter to me if they are external or internal. Thanks for
posting. I just want to find a variety of herbs to try and
see if they may be effective.

I LOOOOVE garlic & was taking it raw, in juice form (mixed in with carrot & apple juice,) daily. But I've slacked off a bit.

My husband takes Lactoferrin very frequently as he works in a grammar scool. We both take it at the first sign of any cold/virus. Then go on to garlic, vit. C every 2 hrs.
    echinacea/goldenseal and astragalus.

There's others I want to try too.

Is this for stealth infections or the flu?
