Hi sorry I havent been on for some time.

    Just got bake from seeing a dr. for my fibromyalga he said I have arthritis in my knee and a bad back and I over weight. And there is nothing he can do.There has to be sothing that can be done.is ther????

    DJ is right, I am thin and I have Fibro and arthritis, plus disk's out of place in my back. Not a thing to do with weight. I have never been above 130lbs in my life.

    Some doctors are not fair, they just won't admit that they don't know what to do. Try another doctor, or start treating yourself. Thats what I do.

    The heating pad is a great idea, I live with them, I even have one on the back of the computer chair for my back.

    A good rub for the arthritis is 'Banalg' it would help your knee pain.

    Also Glucosamine and Chondroitin is wonderful for arthritis.

    HOpe you get some relief soon, and I would go see another doctor, the one you are going to sounds like he has a bad attitude.
