I can remember having a heap of bloods done back when I was pg with my 2nd daughter & I was very sick.
The one that came back slightly high, was my rhumetoid function. The doc didn't seem very interested.
I just thought of this again recently, anyone have any ideas what it could be about???

    TIA

    Hi Lease

High levels of RF can be caused by autoimmune diseases (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis) and some severe infections. Occassionally an elevated level of RF is present in healthy people. If this worries you I suggest you ask your doctor.
