    Hi,

When I sleep on my side, which is how I sleep best, I get hip pain. I've tried Cuddle Ewe and a 2 inch memory foam mattress toper and it didn't help me.

Any ideas of mattress topers, supplements, creams etc?

    Thanks for your help,

    Cobi

Both me, my sister, and my mom can't sleep on the side at all because of the hip pains (all fibroites,,,LOL!)! I have myself resorted to sleeping on my belly with my pillow fluffed up really good on top of my arms and my head next. I don't know if there is anything that helps so you can get rest, maybe somone else knows.

    Hoping for more replies!

Somebody suggested taking a satin sheet fold it snd put where your hips go.You slide as you move and she said it helped her.You could do a search on Satin sheets.Linda

My hips hurt a lot. I don't know a solution for you, but I'm interesed in reading feedback to your post.

I have moments where I can't hardly stand it any longer.

May God bless and heal you!
