Know why people hit themselves repeatedly in the head with a hammer? Well, because it feels SO GOOD when they stop!

I've had a lightbult moment, lately. I started lumbrokinaise about six weeks ago with fair warning that I would herx. And herx I did. Pain! Every morning! It would last half the day, at least -- and I wasn't even at the recommended dosage. During a phone conference w/my doc, she suggested I stop for a couple of months. Then I went on vacation, and both dh and I came home sick.

Now I'm done with the head cold. And I'm not on the lumbrokinaise. Heck, I felt almost NORMAL today. Too bad vacation's behind me, not ahead of me.

So it is really nice having a 'normal' day or two. (I don't think a 'normal' would think it is normal -- I was up at 6:30 but napped from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.! But the rest of the day was good!
