    - HOLD ON
    - PRAY
    - take a moment to focus on your BREATHING
    - listen to groovy tunes when you need energizing, sensitive tunes when you need respite
    - reach for HOPE (some days you'll need to extend your reach)
    - CRY when you feel overwhelmed, sob, scream, and then LAUGH
    - when your body says "enough" you need to LISTEN
    - decide ahead of time what you're going to do with feelings of guilt, worry, fear
    -throw them out
-give them a minute and then throw them out
    -give them your life
    - use your voice when you need to be heard (others cannot read your mind, pain, feelings)
    - HOLD ON - HOLD ON - HOLD ON

    REMEMBER: YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!

Thanks so much Kjfe. Your words are inspiring and comforting. All of your suggestions are good ones and I am going to try to keep them in mind always. Sometimes it is so hard for us to keep hope alive. And you are so right that negative emotions adversly effect our FM. I like to use guided imagery to get rid of negative feelings and the technique is not too different than what you suggested.

I will use an old expression of my mothers and say "I am holding on by the skin of my teeth", but I am holding nevertheless. :))
