How do you get comfortable in bed?

I've been bedridden for a while now, and can't seem to find a comfortable combination of pillows. I can't sit up, except to eat, due to hypotension. But I want to be upright enough to see the tv. Propping up my head with my arms is making my arms sore. Any ideas?

There is a pillow that can be ordered from a magazine that is shaped just for sitting up just enough to read or watch TV. You can position it as you wish. My Dad uses his every night to sit up in his bed and read.

OK, I just did a search for the pillow and found the name of the pillow and the site. The name of the pillow is "Contour 4-way wedge flip pillow". The name of the site that I found it was "".

I hope this will either help you or give you more of an idea of what might work for you.

    Take care kholmes46,

Best thing I ever did was get an adjustable bed. If you look online at ads in your area you can find them used or from hospitals.

Other than that would be the wedge type pillow.
