I took NADH a few years ago for energy. I found that I had to take 20 mg. a day to see any results. It did help me after a week or so. For about 10 days I had good energy, like before I got sick. I thought I'd found the Holy Grail. But then it stopped helping. It was expensive to take at that dose, about $70 a month, but I would have kept taking it if it had kept on working. It didn't cause anxiety for me, just gave me more energy.

I don't know how it works but I think it's part of the Krebs energy cycle.

Someone else has done a post on this board about getting NADH from a compounded pharmacy. It's much cheaper that way and you can get a higher dose. So do a search for NADH, you'll get more information.

I've done a number of posts on NADH in the past few weeks. I found it to be quite helpful and detailed my responses. The compounding pharmacy info and phone number is in my posts, too. Good luck!
