How is everyone ?

    Hello, I haven't been on the site much, have been working way too many hours and can't keep up with stuff. How is everyone been ?

    I started taking Milk Thistle, has anyone ever seen any improvement from this ?

    I still going strong, and working hard.

    I feel much better when I work and keep my mind off things , but than Fatigue will hit me but still I try hard forcing my self.

    Hey Mr. Lund,

    I'll start you off with "the basics."

    Buy Vit-Min 75+ (Iron-Free) by NOW Foods. Take after breakfast.

    Buy Amino Complete by NOW Foods. Be SURE to take on an empty stomach. Two in the morning/afternoon, two more in the evening/night.

    Buy Detoxifed Iodine or Prolamine by Standard Process. Take first thing in the morning.

    A serving of fresh/raw cabbage with lunch (preferred) or dinner.

    1/4 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt dissolved in water before bedtime.

    These are just "the basics" and the program can be improved upon MUCH more by taking/eating additional things, but this is good enough to get you started.

    It's based on Dr. Vickery's program. Us young folks (no offense to you oldies) have no choice but to get better.
