    Thank you, mme! I had a feeling you'd be the one to answer me.

    We're suppose to have 2 gr. of Omega 3 fish oil each day. Now I know to take two capsules!

    I use this website all the time. It saves me quite often from going insane trying to remember conversions!

    I think the discusssion was about cocaine, that a gram weighs about as much as a paperclip.

    Alyndra, thank you for the resource. I'll go there almost immediately and bookmark it so I don't forget where I wrote it down.

    so the terms are Greek root words:

    deca = 10
    centa = 100
    mille = 1000

    centagrade, century, millenium, decade...

    Even americans use these terms all the time, heh.

    and here's another interesting fact, Marta.

    The "graham" cracker was invented by Sylvester Graham and intended to be a health food.

    I'm trying to eat so healthfully....

    Graham crackers with homemade chocolate ice cream... mmmmm. Hey, I'd settle for one or the other!
