how many people think leaky gut contributes?

I believe it does--that and candida--and intestinal parasites. I haven't found out how or tried to fix this entirely yet--just really believe it is a huge component.

I'm starting provigil this week--hoping that will help.

Getting a sleep study done in a few weeks.

Addressing hormonal imbalances via T3 and Cortisol.

And--taking lots of vitamins and probiotics.

Hope to feel better soon--it can be so frustrating.

Might try diflucan and Intesti-New(friend had good
    results with this).

Finally, a dr. near me has said some of his CFS
patients have had success with the hyperbaric chamber.
Google it and CFS if you're curious.

Let me know if what has helped you.

    Thanks.

When I was first sick with CFS, I had leaky gut syndrome really badly.

I had an excellent CFS Dr. and between building up intestinal health with probiotics, AND getting tested for food allergies, I no longer have it. I also had severe IBS which healed also.

My food allergies were so numerous, All glutens - wheat, oats, rye, barley. I stopped eating those.

And all dairy - which now I can have occasionally.

My Dr. said the more often we eat a certain food - the more prone to allergies. And to eat a wide varietyof foods!

    Take care.
