Hi All, I am having some bowel issues with my magnesium. My naturopath had put me on: multivitamin with 250 mg magnesium magnesium at bed 300 mg then just added for pain and sleep a magnesium, phosphorus, L-Serine tab 1 at dinner 105 mg and 1 at bedtime 105. After she added the dinner and bedtime dose it seems my stools are very loose and I know this may be too much. I read that for FM magnesium came be taken 750 mg day for pain. This is really working for me - but now this little problem. How much is everyone taking??
