Those cfsers who drink salty water or take electrolytes:
which do you take or how much salted water do you drink?

The last few days I've been adding about l/8 tsp sea salt to
a glass of water plus liberally salting my food (never
have avoided salt) and I think I'm sitting and standing
    a bit better.

But is it okay to just add sea salt as geoprof suggests
on an older post...any experiences to share?

I hate the taste of electrolyte drinks. I've found supplements that have the necessary minerals, plus a dash of trace minerals. I find the pills easier to get down. It does seem to help a little.

Avacados have more potassium than bananas, for those who don't care for bananas, like me. :)

I take Recuperat-ion twice a day. As it comes in convenient sachets which you mix with water it helps me to also increase my water intake as I never drink enough!

    It has:
    Sodium – 740mg
    Potassium – 200mg
    Calcium – 15mg
    Magnesium – 15mg

So I feel as if I'm getting the more essential minerals in a drink.

It has helped me greatly with pain management so I'm very pleased with it.

My sodium level is always low. It has been like that for many years. I drink some salt water and even eat some (strange as that may be). Even with that: my sodium remeains low.

I do not worry about it anymore. I just salt my food heavier and come what may.
