Human Growth Hormone

    One of the most important functions of L-Arginine is to stimulate growth hormone. Arginase is a manganese containing enzyme that makes this happen. Without manganese to activate arginase human growth hormone will not be stimulated.

    Then you most probably have a Manganese deficiency. Manganese is also needed to avoid carpel tunnel syndrome.
