Has anyone tried using, or even bought, a hyperbaric chamber?
I understand they can be helpful, but expensive. Wondering if they're worth the trade-off?
Also, has anyone bought their own oxygen tank or mini-tank (like the ones mountaineers use)?

I did 30 sessions in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber and it definitely did help me. I wish I could afford one because it is something that I need to use on a regular basis in order to retain the benefits.

They've made a big difference in me over time. I had to go on an oxygen tank once at Dr. Armstrong's, my env. doctor. I'd had a terrible allergy reaction when testing and went into meltdown, the oxygen was the only thing that brought me out of the reaction.

I'd have to say, a small tank, would be quite a worthwhile investment, and one heck of a lot cheaper. Don't un derestimate the efficacy of deep breathing either, esp. if you do it outside w/ fresh air.

Maybe medical supply store. Asthmatics can get a home oxygen machine by perscription.
