IBS is the reason I cannot take any medicine.I have been reading the posts since 2004 Ifinally decided to post before reading the posts and getting all tired out.HUGHS TO ALL.

Welcome to the board as a post-er. We have something in common...I also was diagnosed with CFIDS (and later with FM) following gall bladder surgery in 2000. The Dr. said that after the surgery I would be back to my normal activities in 3 weeks...that never happened.

I like your screenname, iamnotgivingup! Most of us here feel that way as well.

    Take care,
    Hopeful4

I'm still being poked and xray'ed and MRI'd etc etc. Specialist just keep pushing me off on one another becasue nobody can figure me out via skewed blood work. So far we only have "fibromyalgia" with skewed elevated blood works.

BUT...reading this board has opended my eyes, and I am very hopeful that I will get even more valid info to help.

    :)
