I do not personally have Parkinson's disease but I still live with it on a daily basis. My Mom is 55 and has suffered with the disease for years now. I am continuously worried for her because she does not watch her diet. She eats tons of sugar and refuses to drink any water. She prefers soda, one after another. Can someone tell me if changing your diet truly helps with the syptoms. Does Parkinson's affect your mind?

Welcome to the board. Lots of nice people here to talk to.

I don't really know anything about Parkinson's. In addition to searching
for info on the net, you can visit the Research, News and Articles section
at the top of the page.

Have you posted on the Parkinson's board? Probably lots of info available
    there.

    Good luck.
