    Hi All,

I just receied a email from my daughter. The doctor she saw today said that he was pretty sure he was looking at fibro, He is sending her to a rhuemy to rule out anything else.

She is so depressed and I can understand it. She is a single Mom, and already has had problems on her job. They make her work such bad hours and sometimes weeks without a day off. She still has her daughter to raise, and I haven't had to deal with fibro and do that, so I can't imagine how stressful that must be.
My heart hurts, and I just want to have a good cry.
She didn't feel like talking so I haven't called her yet.
Please just stand with me that she will allow God to be her strength and that she will find the support she needs.

Danny, she deals with a lot of depression....this is something you know how to pray about and understand.

    Thank you all

My Heart goes out to Jackie,

I'm so sorry that her Dr. thinks that she has Fibro.

I know that her job has to be very stressful for her. Especially working so many days without a day off.

I know that you are so worried about her.

I will certainly be praying for her and for her daughter.

    Many Blessings to you, Judy <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/17/17_1_22.gif' border=0></a>

I'm sure sorry that your daughter Jackie is going thru this difficult time and certainly this is hard for you also Takesha. I will be praying for both and Jackies daughter also. I will be a prayer warrior as you all begin to see this thru. I'm not sure if you daughter takes Meds for her depression, but hopefully she is. I fought for years to be able to handle my depression without them. On again, then off again. The Lord finally help me thru my Wife and this Worship boards prayers. Thanks everyone, and you know who you are. Couldn't have made it without you.
Takesha, if you need to email me personally, please do. I certainly don't mind. Whatever I can do to help.

One of the things that helped me was always beginning my day, as I awoke, was praying to the Lord and thanking him for the blessings I do have. Even in hard times, we gotta thank the Lord for his blessings. I never start out the day by asking for anything from the Lord. Just to guide me closer to him. But I also pray on almost continous basis, I pray silently and outloud, like going down the road in the car. My wife and kids think I'm nuts sometimes, but I have the Lord in me.

    Let us pray,

    Dear Heavenly Father,
Please be with Jackie during her hardships shes having, please hold her hand and stay by her side, let her feel your presence, as this will certainly her the comfort and peace she needs. Also give her the strength to endure whatever lies before. Guide her Dear Lord closer to you, and show her the light when it is dark. Also be with her daughter and give her the comfort, peace, and strength she neeeeeds to endure this time. And Lord, lets not forget the Mom in all of this, Takesha, she has been so faithful to you, I have read that even when our faith is tested by difficulties, you always will be there for us. Be there for Takesha and help her thru these times in her and her daughters life. I pray all of this in Jesus name, amen.

    Danny, your friend always.

And for posting a warm hello to Jackie on the other board. I believe some of my concern was in getting her diagnosed so that she can at least receive some relief. She went to the second doctor by recommendation from someone of the FM board, and I'm not sure how her insurance will cover this. I am praying that this doctor will be listed under her provider.

Danny, I would be remiss if I did not tell you that over the months I see quite a change in you. Your gift is really growing, and you are becoming quite strong. I smile every time I read one of your posts and think that as your light shines out to those around you, what a blessing it is to them ( even if they don't understand it).
I know the Lord has it all under control but it is so amazing how we can sometimes have so much faith for ourselves and feel so " helpless" when it involves our children. Praise God he has that under control too!

    Hugs to you all
