I actually made it through a 20 minute 1 mile power walking video program and it DIDNT kill me. The only thing I have is a little more fatigue and a very runny nose. I used to try to exercize in the morning before work and I would be shot for the rest of the day feeling like I had the flu. I figure if I do mild exercize at night, enough to get my heart going, then I have the rest of the night to relax and then bed to recooperate. I sleep pretty well, just tooo much sometimes.
