I just read your Post and it seems to me that your time

today would have been better served if you had just stay-

ed out by your pool with George Hamilton drinking those

"mint tulips" and getting "toasty" in the Sun!!

But I do hope you're doing better.

interesting you mentioned george hamilton....my ex-husband had met him back at bush sr.'s innaguaration in washington d.c...

i don't think george and i would get along too well..i'm down to earth and i do love nice things...but he is a pompous a..##$$%.....he didn't like his seating that was already selected for him....

he wanted to to move down much closer to the president...well that didn't happen...he was pretty orange at the time...

yep...should've stayed home...then top it off...my son tells me to fix this certain dish...he likes...for dinner...well it is all down cooking then he says he goign to the movies w/his gf...

i was pissed...i hate cooking and then not have someone eat it while it is hot...pet peeve i guess...

he did come home and eat it afterwards....but he hasn't been eeating that much..and is busy w/football...

    talk to you later..

so glad you were nice to this older lady. I doubt she meant anything by it...just looking out for her friend.

I have asked people who do no not have a disability placard or licence plate showing why they are using a clearly marked spot for the disabled?

The most popular response has been "I was just going to be in the store for a minute".

You and the lady are right so many people who are not disabled use these spots. I just wish the police would enforce the fines more maybe they would quit.

This has always been one of my pet peeves. I am not disabled but I do have a several friends who are and have seen many occasions when they could not use these spots because someone with the placards were using the spots.

I even know people who are not disable who have used someones placard just so they could park closer to a facility...unbelievable isn't it?

jodie poor you its so frustrating isnt it?
I get really mad when i see able bodied people in our disabled parking spaces, theyre so ignorant.
And it doesnt help us when we have to walk from the other side of the car park.
Im glad you were nice to the old lady anyway well done you.
    Take care

If I see someone park in a handicapped zone and they don't have the placard or license plate - I ask them if they know they just parked on a little blue guy in a wheel chair!

I've seen several of them move! You did the right thing. Kindness is kindness no matter whether it is deserved or not.

Just saw your reply to the Geo. Hamilton observation

your Husband made. You know that he avoided the Draft

by asserting his status as Sole serviving son and sup-

    port of his mother??

My mother loved Danny Thomas until she saw him with his

wife at the Nugget Casio being demanding and exceptional-

ly Rude to the waitress! She wouldn't even watch him on

T.V. anymore. He should have prayed to ST. JUDE to find

    his lost Manners.

Hope things are going well today!

also maria shriver is a real b...she was there w/arnold...my ex's idol in his teen years...hell he is 40 now and still acts like a teen..

    but she was quite b...

but phyllis diller....she was always great w/our boys at the state dinners...he would escort them in the honor guard...

ron reagan was his favorite he met...he always took the time to come in and talk to them even if they were dressing at the gig they were doing...

it was an intersting tour for us...
