I went on a cleaning spree the other day for a few hours. Vacuumed, mopped, scrubbed, laundry, turned my matress over on my bed(had some help with turning the matress but I still lifted way too much. I did all of this last Sunday. I have been pretty much down in the bed or on the couch with ice on and off with pillows up under my knees to take strain off my back. I can't bend down at all and it is vert difficult to try and even pull myself up to stand up. Has anyone else ever done this and is there anything I can do to ease the pain and feel more comfortable. I went to chiro. Mon. and am supposedto go again tomorrow, but I am still in a LOT of pain here.
