I have joined an over-50 group by a non-profit group. It has helped tremendously. It helps get my posture back, which assists in a decrease of pain. I get postural fatigue which leads to pain. We do a of upper body stretches and if we stand, the chair is an assist. PPl from 50 - over 80 are in the class and you monitor yourself. If you can't do a posture, don't, do what you are able to...........I love it.
