Ian, zinc ?

    I have added 30mg zinc to my daily supplements and it seems helpful. But I have read that taking just zinc depletes copper. So I am wondering if you recommend also taking some copper? Thanks

    If you take a multivite, usually with about 2 mg-4mg copper then you should not worry about it. (However it will have zinc in it too) If not, then you could add around 2-4mg copper. If you eat plenty of seafood then you could be getting plenty of copper anyway.

    I would only take 15mg zinc by breaking the tab in half. However if you are finding it helpful then stick with it.
