Vit D seems to be key. Omega 3 fish oil.
Im starting Grapeseed Extract soon. Iodine.
good luck its trial and error. but definetly fish oil as vit d tends to be low.
and also a good multi and arginine or melatonin for sleep
I have been on B-12 shots once a week, and Vitamin D capsules, the prescription ones, for six weeks, and they have made more of a difference than anything I have ever taken.
