I had my achilles tendon surgery on the 18th. I needed four screws to hold my tendon back in place on my heel bone. I've had a rough time getting around on my crutches. My fibro was helped a lot with the pain meds but I'm two weeks out of surgery and no more pain medicine. My fibro has hit full force. My arms are very painful because of the fibro and the crutches. I'm on my way back though. (Thank God) I really missed everyone!

Glad to see that you are back and doing well. I could never use crutches -- ouch! -- they killed my arms and shoulders, too!

When I broke my foot, I had to keep all weight off of it, so they put me in a wheelchair for six weeks, then instead of crutches, had to use a walker, then 2 canes, etc.

    Wishing you a speedy recovery,

Sorry to hear about all your pain, I've had both feet done at one time, whew, the pain is horrible.....I certainly feel for you, sweetie!
I pray for a quick recovery!
