    Hey Everyone,

I've been away for a pretty good while. I've been so depressed about all the pain that this DD has put me thru over the past few years. I've been diagnosed 13 years, but only the past 5 or so years have had problems. Out of work alomost 18 months now.

Anyway, I found a new doc. She is a physical and Rehab Dr. She is guiding me thru excercise therapy, with of course good pain meds finally. I sure hope to work thru all this pain, while I hope to strengthening my body. I still tend to be overwhelmed with being this way forever.

It's good to be back and read all the posts from my new
    and old fibro-friends.

Keep your fingers crossed for me. I have suffered the loss of a great job, and almost the loss of "myself" thru this whole thing.

Lots of luck and best wished to everyone in pain today,
    both in body and mind.

    God Bless,

I'm new here and am so glad I found this site. So many nice people and so much helpful info.

Sorry you've been so sick and had to give up your job. Several years before I got CFS, I had to give up a job I really loved too, it's tough.

Good luck w/the new pain meds and the new doctor. Keep us posted on your progress.
