Found the quiz and answers!! I will put them in a seprate post.

When I went back to look at the quiz to make sure I would be able to find it again, one of the rules was that you were not allowed to google the first three days. That way you can discuss answers, tell why they chose that answer or even change one On day four, you may google. I like this rule but if someone has already googled that is fine.

We could post our final answers before googling.

For the next quiz,if people want to continue, should we do this?

I have not looked up the answers but am going to guess.

    1. I don't remember skateboards in the sixties so I will say 1970 but someone mentioned the 60's, so I will go with that.

    2.Newscast. Guessing 1920s?

    3.Chanel. I don't have a clue. I don't wear perfume. Maybe 1920s in the flapper days?

4.I think there was a silent cartoon of Popeye, so the 1920s?

    5. Apple Computers I will guess 1970s.

    6. The Jerk, 1960s.

7.. Girl Scouts 1890. I think they have been around for a long time. I have no idea if they sold cookies when first when they started. Maybe that should be a bonue question.

    8. Prozac I do know. I started it in the late 1980s and my doctor said he was so glad to see someone ask about the new drug.

    9. Disposable diapers. 1960s.

    10. Cha Cha will guess 1930s, however there is a voice whispering in my head, that it's 1950s. Can't decide yet.

Good questions and ones I should know but don't so I will guess:

    1. I think I remember boys riding skateboards in the 60's right after the Beach blanket surfer craze

    2. Newscast from radios in the 20's

    3. Channel no. 5 in the 40's I think my mother told me once. Love it still, that Coco, everlasting style and beauty

    4. Popeye in the 30's

    5. Apple for sure the 70's

    6. We danced the Jerk with some jerks (lol Pippi) in the 60's

    7. Girl Scouts in the 1890's

    8. Prozac in the 80's. Boy were we glad to see it.

    9. Disposable diapers in the 60's I think. I remember in the early 50's we had a diaper service so they weren't disposable then.

    10. The Cha Cha had to be sometime in the 30's, my mom showed me how to dance it in the 50's.

I'm old enough to know a lot of the answers from personal experience and I am feeling ancient right now. My excuse for not getting them correct will be that I am too old.

    Thanks for the fun gap

I also received a grade of F. If that many people get an F maybe they should grade on a curve where the average grade, a C would be 3.

I think I got that right.

I never graded on a curve but would occasionally grade while driving down a straight road.

    Less distraction!!!

Fun quiz. We didn't do too well as a group did we? I am for grading on a curve also, always loved when teachers did that in school.

What the sad part about the group grade is that I think those of us who answered actually lived through some of those decades. : ]

Makes me want to buy some Chanel no.5. Still around and smelling good.

Waiting for more challenges dear gap
