    Hello Everyone,
I have been taking allergy shots for dust/dust mites and a few other issues. I was doing MUCH better, having gone 7 months without a virus, but not I had a sinus infection last month and am sick with a sore throat again.
I'm trying an immune specialist tomorrow on the advice of my neighbor who is a nurse and has a nephew with a clear-cut immune disorder. I have been taking Armour thyroid for almost a year and definitely see an improvement. Instead of sleeping 11-12 hours a night over the summer (I'm a teacher) and waking up exhausted, I'm sleeping 10 and waking up okay. Still would love to be okay after 8 hours.
So, anyone have any advice on what I should ask/say? They told me to bring my labs., so I will.

I tried the grapeseed extract, but it did nothing for me. Also the echinacea. I think maybe it shortened the duration a little, but not a lot.

Thanks for the armour advice. I'll watch for it next time I get tested.

    Be well.

I had the appt. today and was impressed. He spent a good amount of time with me and talked about all my issues. He ordered up a bunch of labs and I'm to see him again in 2 weeks.

BTW, the drs., nurses, and other people working in the office were very kind and sweet.

We'll see what the labs say.
